Q: Is there any joining fee?

A: No. You pay the first month fee and start right away.

Q: Do I need to sign long term contracts?

A: No. Our terms and conditions are simple and there is no binding contract. You pay month-to-month.

Q: Do you allow me to suspend my membership when I am away for a business trip?

A: You can suspend your membership in block of 30 days following the end of your billing cycle. For example, if you want to suspend your membership for 30 days and your billing cycle ends 30Jan2012, then the suspension begins 1Feb2012 through 1Mar2012.

Q: Do I need to pay any penalties for membership suspension?

A: No. You do not need to pay any penalties for suspending your membership.

Q: What if I discontinue membership half way through the month, do I get a refund for portion not used?

A: No. As we do not apply penalties for suspending membership, we do not refund unused days.

Q: How will my billing cycle be?

A: Your billing cycle is on every 30 days from the day you become a member or when you renew your membership after suspension. For example, if you become a member (or renew after suspension) on 25Mar2012, your next payment is due on 24Apr2012.

Q: Can I pay for the gym membership for 3 months in advance and be billed every 3 months?

A: Yes. You will have options to pay your membership for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. You will be billed at the end of the expiry month depending on the option you choose.
